F1 2011 Career question

Hey all

I´m about to finish my 1st year in career mode. And i have received few contract offers. I kinda need to know a thing or 2 before deciding.
While completing R&D objectives my car got improved (naturally, its the whole point). My questions are:
1. If i renew the contract and drive for Williams again will i get to drive the improved version of the car or do i start from the scratch and work on improving the new car all over again?
2. If i get to drive improved car are there any new R&D objectives?
3. Another thing popped up is, while answering the journalists questions does that affect the contract offers from bigger teams (Ferrari, McLaren etc) or is it just drivers performance?
4. And what in the world does reputation score do? If anything at all? :eek:

Hey.

1. If your team has done better than expected in the drivers championship, your car will move up a 'tier' and be faster in season two (similar speed to say, the Sauber)
2. Yes the R and D will be restarted
3. Journo questions can change the amount of contract offers you received but not a lot else, although I tend to be quite positive and not say I hate my team, which apparently creates more offers.
4. It denotes what teams will offer you contracts. If your rep is low (end of first season, you won't get an offer from anyone above Sauber realistically. Only way of jumping to a team beyond any of the the midfield pack is through the rival challenge.

Chris thx a bunch for your answers. Clears up alot of unkown factors. It looks like i will be driving for Williams next season too, unless unexpected things happen and bump me down in constructors. Aiming for McLaren here
