F1 2012 Career Offers Question

Hey guys, i need some clarifications about the Career Offers..

When we can receive an offer from a team? only in the mid-season?

I started the season with Williams on Legend and I have received an offer after Germany from Sauber, but i refused it because i was looking for a better offer in the end of the season.. but at the end of the season (finished 5th) i could only renew the contract with Williams.. i thought it was like F1 2011 where u could receive offers in the end..

I think it's both. I had an offer at Hungary and accepted it, so I changed teams straight away as it said in the offer they wanted me to start immediately. I'm now at Suzuka and have had two more offers from the backmarker teams.

Actually after Hungary i received the offers of Catheram, HRT and Marussia.. all the offers where for the current season yes.. but nothing for the next season..
