Download skins
Use a photoshop program
Save as .dds see Nvidia addon for you program

(If im correct there is a file what says what you've to do with does .dds files)

Now moving to RSC and given the size of the new community I really wonder if it's possible to continue with personal/team skinning given the large amount of possible teams. Any thoughts about that?

It's still possible to have skins. When you have your own skin loaded, and others don't have it, they just see a standard car instead, so racing with skins is possible everywhere.

But I won't make skins for 1000 people, that's obvious. I'm sure at RSC you can find other skinners too.
