Can't get connected

Been trying for 30 min. Im a licensed driver here, i requested booking from racedepartment #2. Tried to join a session and it keeps telling me the server error: no response from server....

What am i doing wrong?

Nm, i started the game when i came, should of rebooted first. After i did this its working now.
