Can someone make an xpack please

I need an xpack done with the two jpgs from below.
Obviously one is the start finish line for my track that i need to drop on my track surface the other i am trying to use as a revolving billboard (doesn't have to move) atop my starters tower.

Don't need the xpack anymore thanks to the help of Mianiak, importing materials worked fantastic.
