Can smeone convert a video for me

Hi,

I need a video downloading (Its a 100% race in a xbox championship, 700mb i think). None of the online websites work as the file is too big. And for some reason its not letting me convert it on my media center. i know you can download converters, but for a certain reason i cant download things.

Is anyone willing to convert this for me? To WMV i think it is.
