Camera Angle

Hello everyone,

i just saw the "Red Bull Racings´s American Vacation" Video.

I wondered if someone could make a camera view angle like in minute 1:58.

I have tried different CamPacks but they are different. I have no idea how to do this. So i would really appreciate it if someone could help.
