    I noticed they don't work, try these values in cockpitinfo

    // Fuel level
    FuelLevelRange=(0.0, 1.0, 135, 45)
    FuelLevelClockwise=1
    FuelLevelNeedle=(0.6, 0.5)
    FuelLevelCenter=(0.5, 1.0)
    FuelLevelBackground=int_gauge_fuel.bmp
    FuelLevelNeedlemap=int_gauge_needle.tga

    // Water temperature
    WaterTempRange=(104, 248, 135, 45)
    WaterTempClockwise=1
    WaterTempNeedle=(0.6, 0.5)
    WaterTempCenter=(0.5, 1.0)
    WaterTempBackGround=int_gauge_water.bmp
    WaterTempNeedlemap=int_gauge_needle.tga
