Blown Diffuser

Has anybody done an F1 mod with the blown diffuser sound?
I loved that note as the ECU went into fuel overrun to boost the exhaust gases available to the diffuser on throttle lift off.
Come to think of it... we are missing all kinds of sound samples in simulated F1 cars...anti-stall, clutch take-up, etc...
It'd be good for a sound guru to go back and take a second look.
