Amazing mod, but...
What steps do I have to take to use it? It's the first time I use a mod in F1 2020 and I don't know what to do.

Well, quite good. But don't save the _d in DXT1 when you have fine details, go with BC3/DXT5 at least, better BC7. Also a few logos could be improved, too.
Like the green Colors of Benetton which has green pixels outside of the white border.
Also the _s is pretty much untoched. This way you could also just use an 8x8 px texture
