I believe it can take up to 6 weeks for game to be published on steam from moment of when developer puts it through , though not sure if that applies to games currently in development.

Don't believe this is going to happen, as they said "Assetto Corsa release is imminent" i believe it will take at least one or two more days otherwise it will be a shot in their own foot...
