Assetto Corsa\cfg\controllers\presets\Default.ini" is denied

I still can't find a solution to this yet I've searched everywhere!

I've got all the permissions set and still can't get this game to start up. And I just got a new Thrustmaster SF1000 and T-LCM
pedals and only got to use them a couple times then I got the Assetto Corsa\cfg\controllers\presets\Default.ini" is denied.

Does anyone know how to fix this? Can I just copy a Default.ini file somewhere to fix it?
