Anyone willing to take on a student for private conversions

im needing quite a bit of help and assistance with working on private conversions my side of it is the 3D modeling is where i fall short the rest can be done fairly easially im after someone able to edit models and get me a model and get it textured properly the rest i can dookay with if you can just basically get it done over so i can work on the ini and sounds that works good for me
