always only 30-32 fps in STEAM v. 1.52

hello, i have between 30-32 fps in steam version.

i did change for get automobilista free to steam version.
i did today testing and i saw i had always 30-32 fps.
i did watch in .plr file and i had framerate limit = 0 (so no limit),
i did change this too 60, 63, 90, but still 30-32 always.

i did then change to low grafic settings in game, not did help 30-32 fps.
same i did reduce in nvidia inspector (or what name is), not help.

i did then start the NOT STEAM version, and i had with exactly same settings (in .plr file and nvidia inspector and ingame too) 63/64 fps (with setting 63 in plr. file), so all good.

so why i have this different in NOT steam and steam version?? to ALWAYS have around 30fps in STEAM version, with every setting i did try?.

perhaps someone can help me, as i have no idea why this is.

problem fixed...

this was the problem, i did change from 0 to 1 and all good now.

only strange is, that in NOT steam versions i had this to 0 too and it do work with 0.
but not in STEAM version, with 1 now all good.
