F1 2013 Advanced Wheel Settings suggestion for Xbox 360 Controller

i've bought Xbox 360 controller for my laptop as my old gamepad/controller has broken a few days ago.
have some advice for advanced wheel settings for the controller? currently still tweaking as i found the steering & throttle are too sharp & aggresive for me -_-
