Hey guys, just a heads up, if you want the new speed limit regulations with regards to the new pitlane speed limit of 80kph during the race, then you need to do the following:
1) Open your database.bin file with Ryders database editor.
2) Scroll down the left side until you find track_model, and double click it
3) Scroll to the right until you find pit_speed_limit_race
4) Change all the values from 27.778 to 22.223 (except Melbourne, Monaco, Silverstone & Singapore as they all have race limits of 60 kph).
5) Press enter after each one so that it 'registers' it. Then save it over your root database.bin file.
And Voila!!
You will now do 80 kph in the pit lane during a race and qualifying.
