Fixed windows

Fixed window textures, new preview with proper banner visibility.

The banner visibility problem is present in all the DTM 1989 cars, not related to the skins. Remove or comment out this in the car's ext_config file for an easy fix:

Got a tip, a more proper fix would probably be to replace the original values with this:

FilmIOR = $IOR
ThicknessMult = 1.0

As I understand, it's the last value that affects the visibility of the banner.
