RACE TIMES, CALENDAR
TOA by vast majority voted for the new race times. World Championship races will now start on
Sunday, at 16:00 GMT. Earlier racing time should make FSR WC accessible to more drivers, including non-european ones, as well as give everyone an evening off before the working week begins.
Another vote taking place in TOA was the vote about
2012 calendar. Voting results were much closer this time, however the following option won:

Calendar consists of
15 races, mainly due to 20 Formula 1 races this year. It would be otherwise impossible to accommodate similarly long FSR season. Furthermore, all the new tracks won’t be available and not all tracks will be converted from rF1. Considering workload for admins as well, this is a reasonable compromise.
The season starts on 8th of April 2012, ends on 4th of November 2012. There are 2 longer breaks – in July and start of September.
World Series race times will be decided by a
public vote here on the forum. The original time proposed by the president is 14:00 GMT on Saturday, however there will be more options, such as Saturday evening or Sunday afternoon before WC. The voting and detailed information will be given within a few days. The same will be done with World Trophy afterwards.
