Updated Layout, improved performance

v 1.20 - updated layout, cleaned up track geo with fixes for clipping geo. Hope this one is less 'stop-start-stop' and more flowing so to speak

Changelog:

1.0 - initial release
1.05 - video-memory issues addressed with conversion to DDS of all textures where possible
1.1 - fix crash with not-working AI
1.15 - 3 versions: low,mid,high to accommodate different hardware. High =75 fps on 3440x1440 on 1070 max-q laptop, mid = 100 fps , low = 145 fps
