Some fixes, higher quality

-Fixed rim blur for red and white wheels (Sorry!)

-Changed the carbon on front splitter and side skirts to use the detail texture instead of being painted on, and made new maps for that

-Cleaned up some logos, and removed some noise and previous compression artifacts (This was the most work)

Skins are now uncompressed 4k
