Haas isn't possible on the 2015 version of F1 2015 as the game only allows 10 teams and it is better to keep a non glitchy Sauber team in the game. Check out my other mod which is based on the 2014 mod of F1 2015 which includes Haas (the mod doesn't include much atm as it's still in alpha)

can you tweak the performance of Redbull Mclaren Sauber and Manor? Especially sauber and mclaren a little bit way off realism....

The only one that is unrealistic I would say is McLaren. The rest are pretty much there.
