Idle sound less loud

Turned down the volume of the idle engine in exterior view.

I just fixed some volume issue of the distant coast at hi rev (during the audio capture, a 458 GT2 which is a magnificent car indeed, but in this moment it poluted the MC12 sound. I wanted to curse it), so I turned down the volume slightly.

Some volume fixes

I just fixed some volume issue to make the sound less, and corrected the range of use of the exterior idle sound.
