Granted, there is a bit of lag in some places but hardly worth marking it down anything lower than 4 stars? I'm sure there will be some optimization in the future, come on, if the lag annoys you that much don't race it, deserves much more credit than one star... visually it is on par with original game tracks from kunos at least.
