With rF2, we can use this formula:
[DataCorePlugin.GameRawData.CurrentPlayerTelemetry.mUnfilteredSteering]*[DataCorePlugin.GameRawData.CurrentPlayerTelemetry.mPhysicalSteeringWheelRange]/2

Works very well with my TS-PC.
