Silverstone GP AI fast lane 1.0

An update for Diogo Goetz Brand's fast lane for Silverstone. This doesn't touch the fast line, just the track limits. I've tried to keep the AI away from the bollards by the old pit as well as the sausage kerbs, to stop them pitching into the air when going side by side at a couple of corners.

I've only tested this with the GT3 cars, hopefully it's okay with other types of vehicle.
