Fixed specular map on Hamilton's helmet.

I screwed up the specular map on Hamilton's helmet. Should be less flaky now.

Helmets, Gloves, and Suits

Another few hours sacrificed to the great Satan to try and create the helmets (along with gloves and suits) for both drivers of this team to the best of my resources. Hopefully they didn't turn out too bad (and that I didn't forget anything) since I'm still learning to work with the helmet UVs.

Updated UI Preview Thumbnail

Updated the preview image in CM. Duly note the archive name its self has changed as of the previous update, so apologies for any inconveniences when updating.

Added the second driver, nose paint adjustments

Added the #10 car of Hamilton, added the team's pit sign, adjusted the stripes on the nose to match reality better.

Syntium Logo fix on the front wing.

Fixed Syntium logo placement on the front wing, adjusted the black paint on the headrest. I really hope I did not forget anything.
