Update and add car #15

Normally it's the final update.

Now that i know how to export a dds file from Content Manager, i can work on windows, transparencies and everything missing in the main .dds file and so improve quality.

v1.2 :
- Added car #15 of Philippe Bugalski and Thierry Renaud
- Overall quality with an edited file from 2k to 4k for both cars and therefore slightly thinner fonts.
- Modification of the windshield banner
- Modification of the Monte-Carlo rally plate on the rear window
- Added "Elf" logo on trunk and "E" logo on hood

Quick logo update

Sorry for the quick update but i forgot a "Renault Sport" logo on right side of the car and improved a "Diac" logo quality on the same right side.
