Remove restriction for real constructors as a Teamname 1.1

We are still in early Access for F1 23 and already have great full Team mods here, amazing. The Team-Name restriction is in place like it was last year, still avoiding that works also the same like last year.

This small update removes the checks, which forbids Teamnames like "Renault", "Racing Point", "Toro Rosso" or "Honda".

As usual, backup the original file first and avoid being sorry. Online Play will most likely not work, in that case restore backup or redownload original file.

I did not remove the entire bad word collection, please still do not abuse it, if it opens possibilities, which shouldn`t be there.

To avoid discussions like last year. This is a 5 minute job and most likely more people are able and creative to do this task (task = delete some lines in a textfile). I did not search the entire web, if someone else already did this for F1 23

Installation:
Copy and Paste or Drag and Drop the folder into your F1 23 game folder.

If you use the MyTeam Package Templates [SemiMoMods] by ParkYongLee you do not need to use my mod, the functionality is included there.

If you want to combine this mod with another mod also using the same erp-file, I suggest you firstly use this mod to create the savegame with the desired name. Then save and exit. Afterwards quit the game and apply the other patch.
