Added EXT_HR texture (and relative map) without STP logos;

Added windshield decals (LOGO_EXTRA) with and without STP logos;

Improved the quality of labels_diffuse*, which now correctly uses RSS's labeling of the cockpit switches.

*guess who realizes a bit too late that the .png file is included with RSS's templates for the car...
