friend the mod is great, I do not know if it is possible but it would be great if you could put on the balcony glass doors to have a more beautiful facade, you could also place the exterior textures a modern style, I do not know how you think

im say textures are provisionals , Right now I'm focused on the codes, when I finish the codes I will devote myself to textures.

I made a new game with your mod and the magazine was not on the first house, i had to use cheat to buy your house to be able to buy new part for the satsuma maybe u can fix that. Awsome work 5/5

about the respwan key.
i f*cking like the respawn key for the remote because the remote just goes invisible on me when i walk a few steps. just please fix this.

otherwise a really good mod, keep up the good work

your mod lifter new house dosent work the litle lifter dont work there is just the pilars there is no lift part

The remote has some issues. I ended up dying with the remote sitting next to me in the van as I was leaving the garage.

in that case you go to the save folder of my summer car and delete the file newhouse.xml, the bad thing you should buy it back home.

I Like the idea and all, but...

1) some furnitures doesn't fit the games 1990s style
2) the keyboard isn't finish
3) Fram rate drops

but aside from that I like this mode very much.

The New House Mod is getting better! But one thing I noticed:
Recently, when I drove to the house with the Satsuma, there were heavy FPS drops. This does not happen with all other vehicles! Can you fix that?
