In qualifying AI does seem to only drive 1 lap and stay in for the rest of the session, this happens on both Full and short qualifying sessions.

Tyre wear for me is realistic. however AI is still only ever taking the mediums to hards strategy every track with 50% race distance.
There is very little if any difference in pace between each tyre compound. I had fresh set of softs and AI had a few lap old hards and even tho I gave it everything I was only about 0.2 secs faster per lap. IRL that difference could be over a second per lap depending on the track. Also there seems to be no difference in grip levels between each tyre compound.

I love the crashes but there is ridiculous amounts of tyre wear so i would love a version without tyre wear pls

I only get the feeling that the improved tyre wear in the MyTeam Career mode is only for myself. Other teams seem to do one stops while I need to do 2 even with tyre management (50% races)

love the mod , i think ai becomes a biy dumbass when come safety cars.. ibut yeah they turn into carnage and one thing i notice more is the use of ERS without the mods the bots jsut use ers on first lap, the lap they pitting and at last lap ... with mod they use a lot more to defend or on straights and thats cool .. nice work sry english

nice mod, but i think tyre wear is a bit too hard, after 3 laps driving in spain on the mediums my tyres were at 40% already, without really pusing the limits of the car.

Good to see you're making updates to the mod! I have only played one 50% distance race in Spain (grand prix mode) and most of the cars did a 1-stop race and 3 cars DNF'd. I think there is some work to be done to tweak the values but seems like you're on it.

As others have requested, I'd also love a version for 25% distance races.

I'd love to have a similar realistic damage mod that StrongestFish made on F1 2020 & F1 2021, but I guess the damage model is different in F1 22 and it can't be done the same way.

But it seems like you know what you are doing, so keep up the good work! I'm greatful for all updates :)

Spain is quite a non-crashy track!
Were you using my mod alongside Kolarr's Improved AI? That definitely helps to cause some more incidents. However, I'm at Spain in my career soon so I can keep an eye on it and see for myself.

As for tyre wear, I'm trying to get a balance where 1-stop and 2-stops are almost as good as each other, but that's also track dependant. Bahrain for example is a 1-stop favoured track, but others are very 2-stoppy!

With the increased accidents and safety cars a usual 1-stop race can easily become a 2/3-stop race!

Like I say, still a work in progress. Trying to find the balance right is quite tough, but we'll get there. Please don't hesitate to post your results in the Discussion, it's always good to know how many people crashed and pitted at certain tracks so I can gather as much data as possible to optimise! :)
