It's not so terrible for a rFactor conversion but it needs a lot of improvements.
To fix the loading error rename the track folder to "monaco".

ugly road texture, flickering background signs everywhere, extreme low poly road surface.

very very bad version the one that is already out there is much better I believe it is from mitja bonca don't know for sure but its much better than this one
