New windshield banner

Henlo again, it's been two months since my wheel pretended to be dead.
It's back to life again so I will start slowly with the skinning gig.

For now have a new windshield banner for this paint scheme in accordance to the new NASCAR regulations. Enjoy :thumbsup:

Final updates

I don't expect any more fixes for this paint scheme, hopefully.
- Added sponsors on the B-pillars
- Added team badge on the right side of the dashboard
- Removed the Rim_AO_Blur.dds from the ZIP since it's useless anyway
- Removed the weird "alien text" from the rear panel

Updated banner from user suggestion

- Adjusted the size of the Cup Series logo
- Replaced the Ford logo into a better, high-quality ones
- Lighter shade of black for the stripes to make it less stand out
