very small fixes

sorry for the fast hot fix again... but I think this will be the last one for a longer time.

Just 2 small fixes:
  • added collision wall to hay bales in mulsanne corner
  • fixed some camera positions

hot fix

  • added some track cut penalty areas
  • widened start grid for Le Mans Start layout (AI also behaves better now)
  • fixed smoke not working on grass and sand
  • new AI line by leBluem
  • adjusted track map width
  • added helicopter sound (but don't expect that it'll work for you because it's still CSP buggy)
  • adjusted GrassFX
  • reduced number of split times from 4 to 3 because of compatibility issues
  • fixed some other small issues
  • added cam sets by DaBaeda
