Overall good start. Would like to see different pitch on the brake squeal and have it go away over time. It's too rough on the ears with VR or headphones.

Volume adjustments are planned for the next update. New break squeal and disappearance over time also planned for the next update. If I'd done all that before release it wouldn't be 0.7, it'd be 1.0

Just as good as your other sound mods, and I'm personally not in love with how the uneven firing V10's sound compared to even firing (LFA, CGT, TS010, 94-2004 F1) but this was just a treat to the ears. Same feedback as I just gave for your 911 GT3 R sound mod applies here. A little more suction sound would be welcome and the only improvement I can think of. The brake squeal was surprising at first but very immersive, just a tad loud on the high frequencies for prolonged headphone use, but great on Z906 speakers

I noticed that you layer drivetrain whine into the interior sound and also have a speed relative gear whine on top of that. Very realistic sounding with just enough randomness. The air compressor for the gearbox is annoying as all hell, but very realistic, as it is pumping on the real cars every shift or two. Thanks for making this game more enjoyable!

Thanks again for the detail in your feedback!
Probably the best sound I've heard in Assetto Corsa

I disagree. I think my r8 lms is better haha. Will release shortly
Awesome as to be expected from you. Since you made a Porsche 919 sound mod, do you have any plans to release an Audi R18 sound mod? could use some love

No plans yet but you never know! Still working on the r8 gt3. Hope to release that in the next few days. Then onto the vrc indycar. Then the 919

For me its an amazing sound project. Every single aspect is very well made from my point of view. Thanks a lot and keep going.

Okay.. now I 'm really addicted to your sound mods. I'm not sounds designer, but being all my life around music one way or another, I have grow very keen sense of hearing.
Sounds very good and more close to RL than any other on my Behringer monitors, but when I put it on the headphones it has given me a goosebumps.
It is very close to what you can hear around tracks.. you have taking AC sound engine to a next level.. one can only imagine what you could achieve with better quality samples, from dyno for example.

Now I 'm closely following everything you came up with. :)

Thanks man! I was never really interested in music to be honest, mostly in engine noises. I am visually impaired so maybe that is why I have more sensitive ears than a lot of people. I always recognise car sounds when they go past my house (subaru boxer, Evo, r8 / huracan v10, range rover v8 and nowadays all the Audi s3's and golf r's and focus rs' etc haha)

So it's a matter of subtle detail which maybe I can pick up more than others and I'm not satisfied until I can recreate that in AC.

The other thing is that I try not to modify the engine samples I record at all. The only way I change the samples is correcting the pitch and maybe some equalisation to match the rest of the rev range. But even using the equaliser isn't common for me. I don't add echo at all. It's all natural from the recordings. I record near and far samples for the rear of the car (only the on throttle sounds) which adds to the immersion. I might make a video on how I make a sound mod from bare bones a bit like fonsecker did but showcase my way instead.
Fantastic work! I really enjoy this soundmod. Makes me feel like driving a real one. For me the sound is very important to mods. Keep it up. Wonder how much can be improved in the next versions. :)

Thanks for the compliments

The next versions will be focusing on smaller details like the transmission (when I get a suitable recording, it's just a placeholder at the moment) and volume adjustment. If I find some nice engine samples in the meantime I'll update them too haha
So for me:
Fonsecker or audiolods are good but your attempt is more close to podium victory ... your engine is alive not too clean as others mod , there is lot of details and it's important otherwise it's boring .

look's like to reality and brake sound so good.

Perhaps ad more transmission wooble elasticity ( as rss new pack if possible) when we slow down inside corner.
like that in first corner 2:18 : (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t1oQGMxihL0)

it's only 0.7 OMG!

If you have time, we need better for maserati mc12 gt1
now tasteless with rss gt1 pack !
you are a very good sound designer you must work with kunos

sorry for my english i'am french

Thanks for the feedback! I was actually finding it very hard to record the transmission sound of the Huracan so had to use some placeholders until I can get a clean recording. Will be working on the r8 lms 2016 now. Better get my best skills in order because the audioloids mod is going to be hard to beat haha
