Jacksonville Superspeedway HUD map fix 1.0

Jacksonville didn't have a proper map and the autogenerated map wasn't correct, so I made a new one.
I took the outline from this track, to make the map.


I liked the checkered flag at the start line, so I let it in and by suprise it gave this nice fade effect.
