This mod will fix all the track issues at Istanbul and Valencia, now you can really have an enjoyable time playing on these tracks. Make sure you have installed @Haydn24's 5 Additional Tracks mod first: https://www.racedepartment.com/downloads/5-additional-tracks-f1-2013.13642/

Since 2013, it has long been known that Istanbul and Valencia can be imported into F1 2013 and later on, F1 2014.
However, the file structure of F1 2011, 2012 and F1 2013, 2014 is different so there are major bugs with these tracks:
- Spawn point issue. Due to the awkward spawn points, One Shot Qualifying was really unplayable.
- Penalty bug. Due to false file interpretation, the game gives random penalties for dangerous driving even though the player does nothing wrong at all.
- Safety car bug. If you deploy the safety car, you'll be spawned to a random place and thus it destroys your race. This problem is caused by the Penalty bug mentioned above.
- Racing line not visible. Even if you turn on the racing line, it is still not visible, causing you to have lots of difficulty finding the correct braking points.
However, it takes TEN WHOLE YEARS to really find out which file causing all these problems.
