Corrected hypen issues and chaged font size.

Some of the hyphens between the numbers were out of alignment with the embossed plate below (NM.dds). The font size was too large so has been reduced to 183pt to get the whole text on the plate without using the hyphen in the font. The hyphens are added later in the spacing. The font lettering has been made darker to give better visuals in-game.

More French number plates.

I have been working on these today so you have a few more to place on your cars.
