Major Overhaul on Specular Maps

From the official support of CC from RSS, I present to you the new and improved version of this mod which now features the brand new specular maps that the developers have worked hard to bring to the Formula Hybrid 2021.

Below features the difference between the textures in the update.:

Note:
If you are a skin modder, please make sure to delete or replace any old tire textures as they are now outdated!

Just fixed a typo in the 7z archive's file name. No actual changes to the textures were made. If you already have it installed to the FH2021, then you don't need to install this update.
