Formula 1 2023 gloves and suits 10.17

Alfa, McLaren, RBR: adjusted thumb logos to fix looking weird in RSS cars

Aston: changed logos in white gloves to green. Final update

Red Bull: fixed error in suit alpha. Changed glove grips to black, added Esso logo to left hand, more accurate font in names

Mercedes: added stripes to sides
AlphaTauri, Alpine, Haas: improved shoulder pads

All teams: adjusted logos on sleeves, some logos were in the wrong place since I put them in wrong place in the first suit and used that as guide. Fixed now. New improved normalmaps for all suits
Williams: improved gloves alpha and NM

Red Bull: adjusted sleeves, added missing Hard Rock and Sparco logos

Added white McLaren suits. Added AlphaTauri Ricciardo

added Leclerc Monaco suit. Also adjusted Ferrari

added Schumacher, Pourchaire, Drugovich. Small tweak to AlphaTauri

Williams: redid stripe, color and logo adjustments, different watch, Williams Racing logo on right hand
Mercedes: fixed Schaffhausen and Ineos logos
McLaren: Logitech logo was too small

Alfa Romeo now has two different versions. For those who don't know, they use Stake sponsor in countries where advertising gambling is allowed and Kick sponsor where it's not. Color adjusted McLaren

now all 10 teams and 20 drivers

btw Russell has used two different types of gloves so both are included. Logos are blue by default, gloves with white logos are in a subfolder

also adjusted Alfa Romeo, fixed Haas logo

also adjusted AlphaTauri and added missing logo on RBR

I didn't plan to make all teams but it's starting to look like I will
