Fernando Alonso Gear 2018 (before the summer break) 1.0

Fernando Alonso got some mistakes, i fixed it.

• Full metal binding
• Bell logo on the bolts
• Chandon logo
• Correct alonso symbol
• Correct upper side of the helmet
• "@fernando_alo" link in the front part of the helmet
• Correct color for the gloves
• Correct McLaren logo

Unfortunately, the gloves don't match 100%. I do not know how to remove the alpinestars sign from index finger ( if I do that, the other one will disappear, which should be
