TC and ABS Quick Fix for Audi and Mercedes

This fix disable TC and ABS of Audi and Mercedes by default, without every time remember to turn off by car's setup.
This why with TC ON cars doesn't move and with ABS ON cars doesn't brake.
Copy and overwrite files into data's folder.

TC and ABS problem

If you have a problem with TC (car doesn't move) and with ABS (cars doesn't brake) of Audi and Mercedes, please disable (OFF) TC and ABS into setup car.
