Just tried this version, it performs better than other downloads i've found but some things are still missing.

First i've noticed there is no version of this mod in which the 2005 Rocketsports cars do have the red rims. I've corrected that for myself, it's working completely fine and if that's ok I could share the files.

Also, for the 2005 season 3 cars are missing:
- #41 Jensen MotorSport;
- #52 PKV Racing;
- #50 CTE-HVM Racing.

I'd try and make the first 2 as they are quite easy especially the #41, but i couldn't find anywhere the proper template for this mod, the only ones i found (which can also be found i the .gtr file) are missing the other layers, there is no shadow and no body lines, without these 2 layers it's almost impossible to do a proper skin, it would turn out quite bad.

Let me know where I can share the files for Rocketsports' red rims if possible, and if there is somewhere a proper template i could try and do the missing liveries.

I am not a skinner, simply a mod converter guy and this was done many many years ago

This is a fantastic feeling car mod'. One of the best if not the best open wheeler I've used on GTR2. If you put this level of physics FFB into a modern F1 car for GTR2 that would be absolutely awesome. I know you're not going to do as AC is your thing these days but this mod is very good. Excellent

I like your attempt but some things are step backwards from the original one..

Your talent files are way off.
Too big of a change between them,

All most every driver got cornermult set on 0.965 ish if its lady legge or paul tracy..

Also nelson philippe a better driver then paul tracy not in a million years.

I have a special excel sheet where i can put in the real numbers and get a real representation of the values.

Example you sebastien bourdais has as raceability 0.50

Well in real life its 3,84615 (his average finish in season 2005)

Give me a day or 2 and i will send you in a pm propper talent files according to real life stats with
For every track used a ai motec setups.

No problems. I had added talents from another modder, done 10+ years ago. I will be happy o add your effort for a new release version
