AI update for norisring 50s and 60s 1.0

Ai update to reduce crash for these 2 layouts, also improves speed for the last corner of the 60s layout
In UI the name for the 50's layout has been corrected, originally it says "60s Norisring"

Tested with 1967 gp cars
