corrected the ideal_line.ai filename and location in data folder.

added ideal_lane.ai

Ideal_line.ai should go in data folder, is shown when user selects as aid to learning the track and I understand it's used for AI to calc fuel consumption. Very slight less aggressive than the fast_line.ai, others are unchanged.
