Diffusers

Rectified an issue with the diffusers of all cars
Resized and repositioned the rear diffusers of Step 3.

Wings

Default rear wing angle has been increased slightly for all cars.

Steering

All cars now have updated steering settings.

Inertia

Minor change to the inertia box of Step 0, Step 1 and Step 3.

Fairness

Reverted the engine of Step 3 to v1.9 spec and KERS output to 60kW discharged in 6.6s.

(Apologies in advance for doing this, but I felt that this was better for Step 3)

Setups

Changed the default setups of all cars; setup by @Albi-M
Changed the LUTs used by the wings of Step 3 to those used by Step 1
Fixed the AI of the cars

Paints

Fixed the paint and helmet textures of the skins.

Inertia

New inertia box for Step 0, Step 1 and Step 3.
Reverted Step 1 aero.ini to v1.8 spec.

Update

I have reworked the entire mod. It now has four variants in it; Slicks, S0, S1 and S3.
