70's Bell helmets drivers UPDATE

Here is an update with 8 new helmets (six real and two fantasy) and above all a new ext.config file that does not interfere with driving in cockpit view.
Many thanks to Spudknuckles who pointed out this error to me and made the new file.:thumbsup:
