Vettel on the pit wall at Haas?

Some seem to believe that Seb has unfinished business in F1, could he make a return to F1 via the pit wall, and could it be with Haas?
There are Ferrari connections there, and with his Red Bull background he knows how a top team operate, I realise that Ferrari are a top team too but I feel that his input while there was ignored to an extent where Arrivabene even told him to concentrate on driving and leave the management to others.
Perhaps having the team split into 3 separate (I believe they have workers in Italy too) bases is affecting their chances of getting it all together.

Would he be wise to take on a managerial/principal role at Haas, and does anyone think he could pull them up from the basement?
