I started a monthly subscription in November. I immediately wanted to cancel it, but my PayPal site didn't have this automatic payment. I thought unsubscribing was effective. Unfortunately another monthly fee was charged yesterday. After talking to PayPal support, I found out that this subscription is not on my PayPal account, only on a temporary, guest account. You cannot log in to such an account. Such action on your part is illegal because it deprives me of the ability to easily cancel the payment. I have already contacted you regarding this matter and have not been informed what needs to be done to cancel the fee. Therefore, I am asking for a refund of the monthly fee.
