You will receive a .zip-file that contains two folders:

+ "Loose files"

simply drag the content of the "ERP-files"-folder ("F1 23") into your F1 23 install-archive (C:\Program Files\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\F1 23) and confirm the replacing of the pre-existing files

/// If you want to manually import:
1. Get the "ERP Archiver"
2. Open the "toro_rosso.erp"-file at path: C:\Program Files\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\F1 23\2023_asset_groups\f1_2023_vehicle_package\teams\toro_rosso\wep\toro_rosso.erp
3. replace each texture file that is given to you with the "Loose files" folder from my .zip
